Registration and fees
All prices indicate the early bird price and the full price. Prices include VAT (22%). Registration must be done and invoices paid before the event. Tickets will be sent through Fienta after the invoice has been paid. People without registration are not permitted to participate.

Tickets will be checked on arrival so be ready to present your ticket (QR code) either virtually or on paper.
Programme info
Agendas for every programme, incl. exact arrival and departure dates, can be obtained directly from the officer in charge of that event: e.g. for CLA, CLA Committee chair; for CIOMR, CIOMR Presidency etc.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be honored until the end of the registration period. After the registration period ends, no refunds will be issued.
A processing fee of 25 € will be deducted from every refund request, regardless of the ticket type or price. This processing fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the refund request.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at sc24@erok.ee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the registration process. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

The event organizers reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please check our website periodically for any updates to our refund policy.
