Delegate At Large

Delegate At Large refers to all participants who are not in the list of official delegates including spouses, companions, children, guests, observers and veterans etc.

The DAL package at the CIOR/CIOMR/CISOR Summer Congress 2024 includes Opening Ceremony, Symposium, Closing Ceremony and DAL program. There is no obligation for a Delegate At Large to buy a ticket if he/she dos not want to take part in Congress key events.
