EROA and CIOR reserve the right to photograph and record Summer Congress and related events like Symposium and all its attendees and to use these photographs and videos in any internal and external communication related to EROA and CIOR, including, but not limited to, its websites, social media pages, newsletters, publications and annual reports. By registering for the event, the registrant explicitly agrees to the use of his/her image in any EROA and CIOR publicity material without any compensation and to be included in future EROA and CIOR communications.
